Tracy Smith -
Founder and CEO
Ever met one of those guys who wants to have his cake and eat it, too? That’s Tracy. He’s that guy who both wants to spend every hour with his wife and kids but also chase his undeniable addiction to helping business owners achieve their goals.
For over 20 years, he’s been doing what most people dream of doing; making a real difference to people who need it. Once you spend any time with him you find that he is refreshingly ambitious about most things and is often haunted by his inability to do absolutely anything and everything.
He can’t write a single line of programming code, can’t play the piano, isn’t best friends with Justin Timberlake, and hasn’t been featured in Forbes (all to which he would respond, “Yet!”), but he does feel very blessed to have a unique talent for understanding what makes a person buy something and how to share that with others.
On various occasions, Tracy has also been spotted surfing the left at Cottons, hiking alpine peaks, masquerading as a basketball player, painting an oil portrait, driving a little too fast, and cooking up a mean blue cheese and bacon burger.
Dustin Olenslager -
Marketing Freak
“Eclectic” is probably the second best way to describe the skillset of Dustin Olenslager; the first best way would be “marketing whisperer”. His journey into the direct response marketing world happened largely by accident. Long story short, he was pushed into direct response marketing when his small business needed more customers. Interuption-based marketing was no longer pulling response. That experience led him to in-depth study of psychology, persuasive copywriting, marketing, brand strategy and a slew of other topics that helped him better connect with customers. Having learned many lessons (from both his successes and failures) Dustin has chosen to focus on sharing his unique marketing approaches with others.
He is unique in his ability to see a need and fill it. His top priority when approaching any business or product offering is to do everything possible to see the world from the customer’s perspective. Getting inside the head of a potential client is his top priority, and one of his favorite things to do.
He’s is from Las Vegas and currently lives there with his wife and their five energetic children. He enjoys spending time with family, road cycling, his salt water aquarium, enjoying the outdoors, reading, learning, and personal growth.
